26th Annual Boca Fest

I just got back from a fantastic show in Boca.
We sold many pieces, made a lot of wonderful contacts
and are now getting ready for my next exhibition with the Boca Raton Museum of Art in Mizner Park!

If anyone is in the area on February 9th and 10th
be sure to stop by and pick up a sculpture or Wearable Sculpture
just in time for Valentine's Day!

THE DRAGON DAYS OF AUGUST

Celebrate the heat with your own bronze Wearable Sculpture, "The Littlest Dragon". This tiny homage to my favorite guardians makes a strong statement for both women and men.

Individually patinaed to your color preference, each Wearable Sculpture comes on either a handcrafted chain and ribbon necklace featuring individually sewn bronze stars or on simple chain at the length of your choosing.

Whatever your personal style, these are the perfect one-of-a-kind gift for yourself or your loved ones.

NEWS STORIES ON "THE GALACTIC SAMURAI - CONFRONTATION OF EVIL"

I wanted to share some pictures of recent news articles on my monumental sculpture commission for one of the Senior Vice Presidents of PepsiCo.

Excerpt from Flathead Beacon: "The stature - called "Galactic Samurai - Confrontation of Evil" - is Winters' "good message" to a world that she believes is a little shaky these days.
'My interpretation of what I have done is what one person can do to change their section of the world, their family, their community, their nation," Winters said. "I think people can reach a lot further than they've been taught they can reach.'"

Excerpt from New Hampshire Union Leader: "...Winters said she prefers to focus on what the human condition could be if people could simply start working toward a goal of making the world a better place.
It's in this light that Winters is designing her legacy - the establishment of Peace Parks featuring her sculpture and work made by others.
'The end foal of my life is to have Peace Parks that inspire children in every country in the world,' she said."

To support my Peace Park cause, go to www.ninawinters.com and purchase a piece from my new jewelry line.

Wearable Sculptures

My new line of Wearable Sculptures (jewelry) are created in bronze just as my large pieces. A percentage of the profit goes to help fund a new project I am working on with inner city children to help them create their own Monumental Children's Sculpture Peace Parks promoting that a drug-free individual, home, community and planet will help create a more peaceful world. Here are a few of the pieces from the collection:
